She is certified in the Korn Ferry 360-degree feedback and development tool, as a Best Year Yet® Program Leader and Coach, Tiara International Coach, and as a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst (CPBA) – qualifying her to administer the DISC Personal Profile Tool. Amy has also recevied her MBTI Certification.
