A global professional services firm contacted St. Charles Consulting Group requesting learning resources to supplement their current Learning organization. Due to several new initiatives and methodology roll outs, the group had more work than initially forecasted and was in need of seasoned learning professionals that could not only design and develop learning for their practitioners, but could also manage the projects and work directly with organizational leadership.
St. Charles Consulting Group was able to immediately staff eight learning professionals that met the organization’s criteria and did so within 72 hours of initial contact. To expedite the designers’ success and ensure immediate productivity, St. Charles provided engagement on-boarding materials which included information on client culture, learning methodologies, tools and processes utilized in the client’s learning organization.
Feedback from the client was extremely positive leading to the placement of six more learning professionals over the course of one year. Client project leads have commented that the St. Charles Consulting Group professionals contracted are considered “members of their teams” and their inclusion so successful, they are often mistaken for employees of the organization.
