About Craig
Craig is a global facilitator, professional speaker, and front of the room leader with over 20 years of experience in the learning and development industry. Craig has delivered hundreds of workshops, seminars, and keynotes on 3 continents and 7 countries including Canada, United States, Singapore, United Kingdom, Belgium, Hong Kong, and Mexico.
His areas of expertise include leadership, business development, communication, emotional intelligence, and time management.
Craig’s career includes holding several senior learning and development roles for some of Canada’s biggest banks. Craig founded Choffe Consulting in Canada in 2012 and expanded into the United States in 2016. In addition to speaking and training through consulting, he is also a master facilitator and partner with some of the world’s top training organizations, including Trusted Advisor Associates and The Get Real Project.
Craig was a senior facilitator for a leading Canadian sales training company, facilitating sales, sales management, and coaching programs to a wide range of clients in Canada including Banks, Insurance Companies, and Asset Management Firms. Prior to that Craig worked as Program Director, Leadership Development for one of Canada’s biggest banks.
Prior to consulting independently Craig spent 9 years with the TD Bank Group working his way up to Senior Relationship Manager, Learning and Development for TD Securities. Craig worked with executives to design and facilitate strategic and engaging offsite sessions and programs.
Craig earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from the University of Toronto. Craig is also a Professional Coach with 104 hours of CTI’s Coach Training Program.
