With a life-long passion for helping individuals achieve their personal best and more than 25 years of leadership development experience in the Accounting, Business Consulting, Retail, and Not-For-Profit sectors, Lisa has first-hand experience helping individuals and organizations transform through professional development.

Lisa is a Gallup Certified Strengths coach, a Wiley DiSC partner and received her Master Trainer Certification from The Association for Talent Development (ATD). Lisa is also trained in Patrick Lencioni’s 5 Dysfunctions of Team facilitation with the Wiley Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team framework.

Using DiSC and StrengthsFinder, Lisa works with her clients’ teams to improve engagement and team dynamics. With various techniques, including 360-degree assessments for leaders and individuals, coaching, and team workshops, Lisa helps teams create purpose and passion while building relationships based on trust, and understanding the value of each members’ unique style and diversity.

In 2003, Lisa left the corporate world to pursue her passion – leader development and corporate training facilitation. Since then, she has delivered more than 500 learning programs. Her personal motto is “learning happens through engagement and my participants are only as engaged as I am”, and she strives to set a high bar for herself and her participants.
