Virtual Instructor-Led Training
StC defines Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT) as A learning experience delivered by instructors in real-time and at the same time but not in the same place. Audiences for a virtual classroom experience can participate from any location. The learning experience can include demonstrations, discussions, knowledge checks, assessments, collaboration, team assignments, game-based learning, individual and team case studies, problem-based learning that enables critical and creative thinking, as well as real-time Q&A sessions.
